The total consumption of a Belgium household is estimate on 32.577 euro and their available income on 36.835 euro, so they spend 88,44 percent of the money they earn. From the results of the enquête of Statbel the three regions of Belgium spend their money differently. The Flemish people spend their money mostly on trips, household help and spare time; the Walloons on the other hand spend most of their budget on food. The enquête concludes that the people from Brussels are more economical than the Flemish people and the Walloons.
